Position: Associate
Experience Level: Approximately 1–2 Years (IP Law)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- Enrolled and eligible to practice law in India
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in Intellectual Property law
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling IP prosecution, opposition, and litigation matters related to Trademarks, Copyrights, and Industrial Designs
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing documents including:
- Notices of Opposition
- Counter Statements
- Evidence under Rules 45, 46, and 47
- Cease and Desist Notices and Replies
- Deeds of Assignment
- Rectification Notices and Counter Statements
- Assisting in and attending IP-related litigation before Tribunals and Courts
- Representing clients before IP statutory authorities and Courts, as required
- Working closely with the litigation team on strategy and case management
- Advising clients on IP protection, enforcement, and dispute resolution
