- Exhibit excellent research, drafting, and courtroom skills

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected Associate will be expected to:
- Handle matters relating to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code proceedings
- Work on Company Law advisory and litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and drafting
- Assist and appear in court proceedings as required
