Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates from the batches of 2024 or 2025
- Strong drafting skills with a basic understanding of procedural laws
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and punctuality
- Familiarity with legal research platforms such as SCC Online, Manupatra, and Indian Kanoon
- Candidates should possess a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings including plaints, complaints, written statements/versions, appeals, and revisions
- Handling matters relating to consumer disputes, arbitration, civil and commercial matters, criminal law, and N.I. Act cases
- Conducting legal research and preparing advisory opinions
- Assisting in litigation strategy and court appearances
- Supporting client advisory and dispute resolution work
