Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.)
- Advanced legal qualifications or certifications will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in corporate or commercial law is preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
- Handling contract negotiations
- Providing legal advice on various legal and compliance-related issues
- Addressing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Working closely with internal stakeholders on legal matters

- Location: New Delhi, India (with partial remote work flexibility)
Skills and Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of legal issues and applicable laws
- Experience in contract negotiation and legal advisory
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
