Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Corporate and or Intellectual Property law
- Qualification: LL.B degree
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Digital-first and adaptable professional mindset
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work closely with the partners on:
- Corporate Transactions
- Drafting MOUs, Shareholders’ Agreements, and commercial contracts
- Intellectual Property
- Managing trademark registrations
- Handling copyright filings
- Advisory Work
- Conducting legal research
- Assisting in compliance audits
- Supporting dispute resolution matters
