Position: Associate Advocate
Post Qualification Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Candidates with prior exposure to litigation practice and court appearances will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting before District Courts, Delhi High Court, Supreme Court of India, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, NCDRC and other forums.
- Preparation of legal opinions and agreements.
- Regular court and tribunal appearances.
- Client interaction including attending meetings, coordinating with clients and providing regular updates.
Mode of Work
Offline
Location: Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
Court practice across Delhi NCR.
Stipend / Retainer
- Retainer: INR 35,000 per month.
- Performance-based bonus.
- Reimbursement of office-related expenses.
- Higher retainer may be offered depending on experience and performance in the interview.
