- Designation: Asset Recovery Executive
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree (five-year integrated course or three-year course) from a reputed university
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in asset recovery, collections, or similar roles preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Achieving assigned collection targets based on product asset classification
- Handling all recovery-related cases filed by the bank in coordination with advocates
- Conducting daily customer visits to negotiate settlements and recover dues
- Preparing and forwarding settlement proposals to SLC for review
- Sharing daily market updates with SLC teams
- Maintaining accurate records of recovery efforts, visits, and interactions
- Updating relevant judgments and legal citations on an ongoing basis
- Ensuring timely responses to regulatory, ombudsman, CRM, and senior management complaints
- Following up litigation matters before courts and consumer forums
- Initiating advocate payments and case allocations as required
