Assessment Internship Opportunity leading to probable absorption in the firm
Eligibility Criteria
- 5th-year law students and graduated law students
- Students in 4th year or below are not eligible under this assessment internship policy
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Quick learner with ability to practically implement knowledge
Preference may be given to candidates who have previously interned with firms dealing in Capital Markets and SEBI regulations.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting CIBIL and Promoter watchout checks
- Legal research and drafting assignments
- Assisting with IPR Due Diligence and Investment Chapters
- Handling legal aspects relating to appointment of directors and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
