Eligibility Criteria
- Law students (5-year or 3-year LL.B.) graduating in 2027
- Prior internship experience in Banking & Finance or Corporate Law preferred
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on banking laws and regulatory frameworks
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Undertaking due diligence and preparing transaction summaries
- Supporting regulatory compliance and related filings
- Assisting in structuring and documentation of financing transactions
This internship offers practical exposure to corporate banking matters and structured financing transactions.
