Position: Assessment Intern
Eligibility Criteria
- Final Year Law Students
- Penultimate Year Law Students
Candidates should have a keen interest in indirect taxation, commercial transactions, and legal drafting.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Interns will be involved in:
- Drafting replies to Show Cause Notices
- Assisting in Appeals, Departmental Correspondence, Writ Petitions, and Legal Opinions
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis
- Preparing brief notes and case summaries
- Attending departmental and court hearings, wherever feasible
