Paid Legal Internship

Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or having completed LL.B. or equivalent degree
- Final semester law students are eligible
- Ability to read Kannada
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Close attention to detail with sound time management and problem-solving abilities
- Keen interest in startup and corporate legal environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in litigation-related work including legal research, drafting, and case preparation
- Exposure to non-litigation matters such as:
- Contracts and Legal Notices
- Compliance and Advisory
- Title Due Diligence
- Mergers and Acquisitions
- Industry-specific policy advisory
- Reviewing legal documents and supporting ongoing matters
- Gaining hands-on exposure to day-to-day legal practice
