Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 5+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in technology law, data protection, or related regulatory practice
- Strong understanding of privacy laws and regulatory frameworks
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on compliance under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, Information Technology Act, and global privacy frameworks
- Drafting and negotiating technology and data-related agreements
- Providing legal advisory and representing clients before regulatory authorities
