- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Transmission Service Agreements (TSAs), EPC contracts, and O&M agreements.
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks in operational agreements.
