Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- A five-year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in the corporate practice of a well-reputed law firm.
- An LL.M., CA or CS qualification will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory
- Provide legal opinions on corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.
- Advise clients on matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, Employment Laws, Legal Metrology, Food Laws and other applicable regulations.
