Offline Legal Internship Opportunity
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be law students in the 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law programme; or
- Be in the final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Possess strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Prior internship experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, insolvency, or related practice areas will be an added advantage.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain practical exposure to:
- Corporate and Commercial Litigation
- Arbitration Matters
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy Proceedings
- Matters before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- Matters before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- Proceedings before the Delhi High Court
- Corporate Advisory Work
- Legal Research and Drafting
