Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. or B.L.S. degree; or
- Have completed the final semester of a 3-year or 5-year law course.
- Candidates who have recently completed their final semester are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a Sanad may mention the date of obtaining the same in their application, if applicable.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected interns will be responsible for:
- Assisting in litigation matters before various courts and tribunals.
- Conducting legal research and case law analysis.
- Drafting legal notices, pleadings, applications, affidavits, and other legal documents.
- Coordinating with clients and court officials.
- Assisting advocates during court proceedings and client meetings.
- Managing case files and maintaining legal documentation.
Mode of Work
Offline (Field Work and Drafting)
Location: Mumbai
Preferred locations for applicants include:
- Western Line: Andheri, Bandra, Dadar, or nearby areas.
- Central/Harbour Line: Thane, Vashi, Kurla, or nearby areas.
- South Mumbai: Mumbai Central, Dadar, Cotton Green, Churchgate, CSMT, or nearby areas.
