Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B / LL.M qualification
- 2–6 years of experience in NBFC / Banking legal roles
- Prior experience in recovery matters, litigation, and court handling
- Strong knowledge of SARFAESI Act and legal procedures
- Good communication and drafting skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handle legal matters related to loan recovery and collections
- Manage SARFAESI, arbitration, and litigation cases
- Coordinate with external advocates and law firms
- Draft and review legal notices, agreements, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with NBFC and banking regulations
- Provide legal support to internal teams and assist in risk mitigation

Stipend / Perks
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
