Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016
- Working on company law and commercial dispute matters
- Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, and legal documents
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Representing clients before relevant judicial and quasi-judicial forums
