Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will work on civil litigation matters spanning multiple areas, including:
- Company Law
- Civil Trial matters
- Land Acquisition cases
- Matrimonial Law matters
- Consumer Protection disputes
- Government panel work
The role may involve appearances and work before several forums including:
- Supreme Court of India
- High Courts
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)
