Position: Employment Law Specialist
Eligibility Criteria
- 3–7 years of experience in employment law, either in-house or with a law firm having an employment-law practice.
- LL.B. degree with enrolment as an Advocate.
- Working knowledge of:
- Shops and Establishments legislation
- POSH Act
- State-specific labour laws and codes
- Experience handling disciplinary proceedings and employee exit matters.
- Ability to communicate legal advice and policies clearly to HR and non-legal stakeholders.
