Legal Job Opportunity (In-house Corporate Legal Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates holding LLB / BA LL.B. / BBA LL.B. degrees
- 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong interest in corporate and in-house legal work
- Candidates inclined towards litigation are not preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts including employment agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and agency agreements
- Assisting in legal and regulatory compliance for a D2C business
- Coordination on intellectual property matters, including trademarks
- Handling advertising law and consumer protection compliance
- Working closely with internal teams such as Marketing, HR, Operations, and external legal consultants
