Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience
- Practicing advocates with experience in civil litigation
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling civil litigation matters before courts and forums
- Drafting pleadings, applications, and other litigation-related documents
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case preparation
- Coordinating with internal teams and clients on active matters
- Appearing in court and assisting seniors as per case requirements

- Offline / Physical
- Candidates should be flexible to work from JSA offices as well as client locations
- Location: Mumbai
Skills and Competencies Required
- Strong hands-on litigation experience
- Excellent drafting and research skills
