Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyer with 4 to 5 years of experience in corporate or commercial law
- Experience may be in-house and or at a law firm
- LL.B. degree is mandatory
- Exposure to technology, SaaS, consulting, e-commerce, or services-based businesses is desirable but not mandatory
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor and supplier agreements, service contracts, and partnership agreements
- Working closely with business, finance, and operations teams to align legal terms with commercial objectives
- Identifying legal and commercial risks and providing practical, business-oriented solutions
- Managing contract lifecycle activities such as redlining, summaries, templates, playbooks, and clause libraries
- Ensuring contracts comply with internal policies and standard positions
- Coordinating with external counsel on specialized legal matters when required
