1. Employee Relations and Disciplinary Matters
- Provide legal guidance on disciplinary proceedings, domestic inquiries, employee misconduct, and terminations.
- Draft charge sheets, show-cause notices, warning letters, suspension orders, and settlement agreements.
- Assist HR and Industrial Relations (IR) teams in managing employee grievances and disputes.
- Support investigations involving employee misconduct and ethical violations.
