Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfil the following requirements:
- Be a qualified lawyer in a common-law or civil-law jurisdiction.
- Have 4–6 years of professional experience in a top-tier law firm or an in-house legal team.
- Possess experience in commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
- Have familiarity with the financial regulatory frameworks of the UAE and India.
