Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university or law school.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in Private Equity (PE), Venture Capital (VC), Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), and General Corporate matters.
- Strong understanding of corporate and commercial laws, transaction structures, and investment documentation.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
