- No prior experience is mandatory
- Candidates with prior exposure to corporate law and/or taxation will be preferred
- Applicants should possess strong drafting and legal analysis skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
- ROC filings, incorporations, and compliance management
- Assisting in GST and income tax related matters
- Legal drafting, documentation, and legal research
