Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree.
- 2 to 6 years of total legal experience.
- Experience relevant to intellectual property, particularly trademarks and copyright, will be relevant to the role.
- Ability to independently manage legal operations and handle multiple assignments.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting trademark searches across Indian and international jurisdictions.
- Advising on trademark registrability, usage, branding, and associated legal risks.
- Drafting and responding to examination reports, opposition notices, counterstatements, and affidavits.
- Attending show-cause hearings and managing trademark renewals.
- Evaluating international trademark office actions and oppositions.
