Eligibility Criteria
Deputy General Manager (Grade D)
Applicants should:
- Hold a Graduation degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Be between 35 and 45 years of age (as on 1 July 2026).
- Have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years as a Law Officer in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARC), Government entities, or Regulatory Bodies.
- Alternatively, practicing advocates with the prescribed experience, including at least 7 years as a Law Officer in the above sectors, are also eligible.
Manager (Grade B)
Applicants should:
- Hold a Graduation degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Be between 25 and 35 years of age (as on 1 July 2026).
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Law Officer in Banking & Financial Services (BFSI), Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARC), Government entities, or Regulatory Bodies.
- Alternatively, practicing advocates with the prescribed experience, including at least 2 years as a Law Officer in the above sectors, are also eligible.

- Posting at any office, branch, department, or business unit of IDBI Bank across India, as per the Bank’s requirements.

Salary / Pay Scale
Deputy General Manager (Grade D)
- Pay Scale: ₹1,02,300 – ₹1,20,940
- Approximate Gross Monthly Emoluments (Metro Cities): ₹2,04,000
Manager (Grade B)
- Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960
- Approximate Gross Monthly Emoluments (Metro Cities): ₹1,29,000
In addition to basic pay, selected candidates will receive applicable allowances, perquisites, benefits, and Performance Linked Variable Pay as per Bank rules.
