Eligibility Criteria
• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong drafting, legal research and case strategy skills.
• Comfortable handling matters across courts, tribunals and the Supreme Court.
• Ability to manage filings, timelines and coordinate with junior staff independently.
• High attention to detail and initiative.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, petitions and affidavits.
• Draft and file court and tribunal documents and manage timelines.
• Independently handle hearings and court appearances as required.
• Supervise and coordinate junior lawyers and support staff.
• Assist partners on strategy and case management.
