Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment laws
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and legal research skills
- Ability to clearly interpret and communicate legal issues
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience in legal documentation, contract management, or compliance
- Prior exposure to corporate or commercial legal processes

- Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Providing legal support and guidance to internal business teams
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Assisting in dispute resolution and coordinating with external counsel
