Eligibility Criteria
- LLB from a recognised Indian law school.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
- 3–4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in a law firm, in-house legal team, or a combination of both.
- Experience independently reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Working knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, CCPA guidelines, consumer disputes, and forum proceedings.
- Knowledge of advertising and marketing compliance, including the ASCI Code, FSS Advertising Regulations, and the Drugs and Magic Remedies Act.
