Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.).
- Additional qualification such as Company Secretary (CS) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in the Capital Markets practice of a leading law firm.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising on Capital Market transactions, including:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPOs)
- Rights Issues
- Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs)
- Preferential Allotments by listed companies
- Coordinating and interacting with issuer companies, auditors, and Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs).
- Conducting legal and secretarial due diligence, including review of:
- Legal documents
- Material, business, and financial contracts
- Outstanding litigations
- Statutory compliances
- Assisting in domestic and offshore public offerings.
- Drafting and reviewing chapters of offer documents.
- Advising listed companies and market intermediaries on statutory and regulatory compliance matters.
- Monitoring developments in securities laws and SEBI regulations affecting capital market transactions.

Experience Requirement
- 4+ years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in Capital Markets practice.
Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of Indian securities laws and capital market regulations.
- Experience handling public offerings and listed company compliances.
- Excellent drafting, transaction management, and due diligence skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transactional environment.
