- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including vendor, licensing, SaaS, and service agreements
- Providing legal advisory and support on a wide range of transactions

- Conducting legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Ensuring corporate governance and compliance under applicable laws such as Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
- Supporting due diligence and documentation for investments, mergers, and restructuring
- Collaborating with internal teams including finance, procurement, tech, and business units
