Senior Associate, Corporate Team
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:
- Qualified Advocate
- 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in corporate and commercial law matters
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to work on:
- Commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Manufacturing contracts
- Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) agreements
- Contract manufacturing agreements
- Metal recovery contracts
- Private equity transactions
- Project finance transactions
- Corporate secretarial matters
- Regulatory and compliance advisory
Preferred Expertise
Candidates with experience or working knowledge in the following areas will be preferred:
- Labour laws
- Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)
- Companies Act compliances
- Privacy laws
- Middle Eastern laws
