Full time Senior Legal Associate position in the commercial transaction practice
Eligibility Criteria
- Post qualification experience appropriate for a senior associate role.
- Demonstrable experience in commercial transactional work.
- Prior exposure to media and TMT matters will be preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory services on commercial transactions.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and related documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions in the TMT and media space.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams across the firm to support client matters.
Mode of Work
Hybrid model based at the Noida office with a mix of on-site and remote work.
