Position: Paralegal
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in a law firm or an in-house legal environment, specifically handling litigation and pre-litigation matters.
- Possess excellent problem-solving, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.
- Be willing to learn new technologies and demonstrate strong digital proficiency.
- Be based in India.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected Paralegal will:
- Assist in maintaining litigation and pre-litigation files across the organization.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, external law firms, and other stakeholders.
- Draft business letters, memorandums, and legal correspondence.
- Manage, organize, index, and track electronic legal documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather and share information.
- Support legal projects and perform project management responsibilities as assigned.
- Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive legal matters.

- Monday to Friday
- EST Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
