- Review, draft, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and identify potential legal risks.
- Provide practical legal recommendations to support business operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in contract negotiations and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence for audit and compliance purposes.

Stipend / Perks
- Contract-based engagement.
- Compensation: USD 20–40 per hour [₹1,670 to ₹3,340 per hour].
