About the Opportunity
Applications are invited from motivated and detail-oriented law students for a Legal Research Internship. The role offers an opportunity to work on legal research assignments involving both Indian and U.S. law, making it an excellent learning experience for students interested in comparative legal research and analysis.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be law students enrolled in a recognized law programme.
- Preferably be in:
- 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated law course; or
- 2nd year or above of a 3-year law course.
- Possess strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Have an interest in legal research across Indian and U.S. legal systems.
Note: Prior legal research experience will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on issues relating to Indian and U.S. law.
- Analyzing legal materials, statutes, case laws, and secondary sources.
- Assisting with research-based legal assignments and projects.
- Preparing research notes and legal summaries as required.
