Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Possess a Paralegal Certification, Compliance Certification, or similar relevant qualification (preferred).
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in legal operations, contracts administration, compliance, paralegal, or similar legal support roles.
- Have prior experience supporting an in-house legal team, law firm, consulting firm, or professional/technology services organization (preferred).
- Be familiar with contract lifecycle management, legal intake, compliance tracking, entity management, document management, or similar legal operations processes.
- Have experience handling legal and compliance matters relating to client engagements, KYC, vendor due diligence, licensing, registrations, or corporate governance.
- Possess strong project management, communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating legal intake, routing, and tracking processes.
- Supporting legal conflict checks and maintaining related documentation.
- Administering contract workflows, including template management, version control, signature tracking, and reporting.
- Maintaining legal templates, playbooks, trackers, and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinating compliance requests, including KYC, due diligence, licensing, registrations, and vendor compliance.
- Managing corporate records and legal entity documentation.
- Supporting litigation and claims administration, including legal holds and subpoena-related documentation.
- Assisting Finance with legal support relating to client payment communications.
- Coordinating with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition regarding offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding documentation.
- Tracking outside counsel engagements, invoices, budgets, and reports.
- Identifying opportunities to improve legal processes and operational efficiency.
- Preparing reports, summaries, and status updates for legal leadership.
