Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Possess strong legal research and analytical skills
- Have proficiency in legal consulting and legal documentation
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be capable of working independently while collaborating within a remote team environment
- Have strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Preferred:
- Interest or prior exposure to Corporate Law, Family Law, or Compliance-related work
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents
- Assisting on corporate law matters
- Supporting the team in handling legal issues and compliance requirements
- Assisting with POSH Act, 2013 compliance-related assignments
- Supporting client consultations
- Assisting in organizational policy drafting
- Contributing to legal and compliance projects across various organizational initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on legal and advisory matters
