Legal Job Opportunity – Remote Legal Expert (Contract/Freelance)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Law degree (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent) from an accredited institution in their jurisdiction.
- Have Bar admission or an equivalent professional qualification (active or inactive, where applicable).
- Possess at least 3 years of legal practice or teaching experience within their jurisdiction.
- Demonstrate strong legal reasoning across core areas of law.
- Have excellent written communication skills in English and strong attention to detail.
- Be comfortable learning new technologies.
- Project management or former product counsel experience will be an added advantage.
- An interest in Artificial Intelligence is desirable.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Create complex legal hypothetical scenarios based on the laws of your jurisdiction.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated legal responses across multiple areas of law.
- Assess legal reasoning using structured evaluation rubrics.
- Identify gaps, edge cases, and weaknesses in AI-generated legal analysis.
- Provide detailed annotations and written feedback to improve AI model performance.
- Collaborate with researchers and project managers to maintain evaluation standards.
Mode of Work
- Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Duration and Work Commitment
- Flexible commitment of 10–30 hours per week.
- Initial project duration of approximately one month, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
