Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
- 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
- Relevant experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, M&A or corporate law.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The role will involve working on:
- Venture Capital and Private Equity transactions and documentation.
- SEBI regulations relating to Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).
- FEMA and Companies Act matters.
- Investment and portfolio company matters.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Transaction execution and related corporate legal work.
