Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies, legal terms, and conditions
- Assisting in the preparation and review of compliance frameworks and internal Standard Operating Procedures
- Supporting documentation related to taxation, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
- Conducting research on applicable laws, regulations, and relevant industry standards
- Assisting in contract drafting, vetting agreements, and handling legal correspondence
- Maintaining and organizing legal and compliance documentation
