Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, or
- Be enrolled in an accredited law school with at least two years of study completed.
- Have prior experience as a Law Clerk, Legal Assistant, or in a similar legal role, preferably in the commercial real estate or energy sector.
- Possess strong legal drafting and document review skills.
- Be proficient in legal research using tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar legal databases.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and prepare commercial real estate and energy contracts.
- Prepare lease agreements and transactional documents.
- Conduct legal research on commercial real estate and energy law.
- Assist with regulatory compliance and transactional due diligence.
- Coordinate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain organized legal documentation and transaction records.
Mode of Work
- Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Stipend / Salary
- USD 40–55 per hour
- Approximately ₹3,500–₹4,800 per hour (approximate conversion, subject to exchange rate fluctuations).
