Eligibility Criteria
- Law Graduate (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Strong interest in UK Immigration Law.
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative legal environment.
- This role is based solely in India. The firm does not provide sponsorship to work in the UK for this position.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Assist experienced Immigration Associates and Solicitors on a wide range of UK immigration applications.
- Collect, organize, and manage client documents to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Conduct legal research and draft letters, applications, and legal documents for review.
- Communicate with clients by responding to queries and providing updates on their immigration matters.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day legal operations.
