Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Hold an LL.B. degree with enrolment as an Advocate or possess an equivalent legal qualification.
- Have 4–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate or commercial law.
- Possess strong expertise in corporate law and commercial contract drafting.
- Have excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Have a reliable remote-work setup.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry.
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification or specialization in corporate law.
- Exposure to cross-border transactions or multinational corporate legal work.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Corporate & Transactions
- Advise on corporate, entity, and secretarial matters.
- Support corporate transactions, licensing arrangements, and partnership agreements.
- Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and statutory documentation.
Compliance & Commercial Contracts
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial and supplier agreements.
- Advise the business on regulatory compliance and legal obligations.
- Support corporate governance and commercial legal matters in a regulated industry.
Mode of Work
- Remote (India)
- Candidates may also work from Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, or Ahmedabad, if required.
