Position: BigLaw Attorney
Role Overview
A client is seeking an experienced BigLaw lawyer to provide specialised legal services on a contract basis. The role involves supporting high-stakes legal matters for corporate clients with complex regulatory and transactional requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Be an active member of at least one U.S. state bar association in good standing.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of post-law-school legal experience in a BigLaw firm or equivalent high-level legal environment.
- Have strong proficiency in legal research platforms such as:
- Westlaw
- LexisNexis
- Bloomberg Law
- Demonstrate exceptional analytical, legal writing, and communication skills.
