Position: Legal Counsel – Real Estate
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have relevant experience and knowledge in:
- Conducting legal due diligence of immovable properties situated across India, including agricultural, commercial and residential properties.
- Property laws, land records such as Jamabandi, 7/12 and Khatauni, and real estate transactions.
- Pre- and post-construction documentation, including sanctioned building plans, licences and approvals for high-rise buildings.
- Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and related regulatory matters.
