Position: Apprentice – Global Privacy Oversight Organization
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- A minimum academic qualification in one of the following:
- LL.B.
- CA (Chartered Accountant)
- CS (Company Secretary)
- CAMS
- CIA
- MBA
- Prior experience or knowledge in compliance, privacy, audit, or legal functions will be an added advantage.
- Candidates holding certifications in compliance, privacy, or audit will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected apprentice will support the Global Privacy Oversight team and contribute to privacy governance initiatives by:
- Assisting in the development, maintenance, and enforcement of Privacy Program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Supporting quality assurance reviews of privacy-related processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Monitoring privacy risks and controls across the privacy program.
- Managing and maintaining privacy program documentation and records.
- Ensuring adherence to retention and deletion requirements for privacy-related records.
- Supporting strategic and cross-functional privacy initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Assisting with governance and compliance activities within the privacy program framework.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Reporting Structure
The role will report to the Director – Privacy Program Strategy & Governance.
